The parking was very busy. They parked the car few millimetres from the wall and other cars. In case of urgency you cannot reach your car. Have a look at the attached photos.

Another memorable and amazing stay at my top favorite hotel in Istanbul. Excellent location, a short walk to the Beyazit tram station and the Grand Bazar. There are numerous cafés and restaurants within a very short walk. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast at the terrace was fantastic, so many options to choose from. The most important thing about this hotel is the very efficient and attentive staff. Can't thank them enough for their effort to make our stay so wonderful. The front desk personnel were always very attentive and prompt in helping us. . My heartfelt thanks to Yagiz for helping us sort a bank.related issue with so much patience and care. Special thanks to Yalcin Kaya for his kind gesture in arranging the transport to airport for us. Thanks to Cengizhan Hazar for being so attentive . It is these people who made our visit to Istanbul such a happy and memorable one. Will definitely come back soon..

Excellent location, great customer service, good value for money. Staff were exceptional, checked on me twice to asked if everything was okay. Amazing hotel facilities . Amazing terrace on 6th (Breakfast floor) All you can eat and 7th floor ( During dinner time was amazing too.

We were totally impressed when we were allowed early check in. And the reception deserved a pat at the back - very courteous and professional. The room was seafacing view - excellent view

We had the best service! Especially front manager Kaia was of great help when we had almost lost our phones in our cab! He instantly managed to solve it and trace the driver. The service has been exceptional! The property was also well located. The markets and all tourist spots can be easily walked to. The hotel is also very helpful in arranging for taxis if needed. The food is good. We stayed for almost 4-5 days and all days have been extremely satisfactory!

The room was amazing, clean, and wide. The pillows were great, and the bathroom was super clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect night's sleep, and the overall decor was tasteful and inviting, making the entire stay more enjoyable.
