This is not my first visit; I booked a room nearly a year ago, and once again, I was pleasantly surprised, as if it were my first time. The staff, from the maintenance personnel to the receptionists, were all excellent. Mr. Ali Reza, in particular, whom I complimented personally, and whom I will commend again here, demonstrated exceptional kindness and a willingness to assist with anything I needed. While the breakfast was average, the dinner I ordered through room service was outstanding.

Everything was excellent, since it is not my first stay at Radisson collection vadi Istanbul, I would like to thank the management and the hotel team for keeping this property very comfortable and welcoming as always. The staff are wonderful, the small touches (such as remembering where we were from and football team we support) is perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful and in an excellent location! The smell of the hotel when you enter, is the most inviting smell, I looked forward to it after my first stay. Additionally, pillows are fantastic!

The family and I had an exceptional vacation. Everything was organized for us, from choosing room to suggesting excursions. all thanks to Mrs Ikram who did a wonderful job planning our trip, and looked after us until the day of our departure. The service met our satisfaction and beyond. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming and made us feel at home. The location of the hotel provides everything you need from a vacation, from shopping next door at Vadistanbul Shopping Mall, to eating good food from large selection of restaurants nearby and relaxing at the hotels wellness centre.

New and up-coming hotel in Istanbul. Great Great location you dont want to leave the area unless for Istanbul attractions. But, what makes the place even more special is its staff. The best staff I have ever encounter in Turkey hands down. Big shout out to Onur from the reception for his sincere help and great attitude and not to forget Furkan as well. From the moment we enter the hotel we are greeted and the moment we go out there is always someone with a smile to welcome you. Everyone was super kind and friendly. Well-done the new management in Blue Radisson.

This is our fifth time staying in Radisson Blue Vadi. From the moment we checked to every details at the hotel, we felt it was our second home. The staff makes us feel welcomed each morning. We had an early check-in thanks to Furkan and Onur from the reception. Also, Maher from the guest relations was always on touch with us and our needs via WhatsApp. It was very experience staying at Radisson as always. Thanks team and management for getting better and better each time.
