The staff was amazing and very helpful on any questions and inquiries we had. Gamze was especially helpfull throughout our stay! Food during the week was also good.

Good hotel as can be expected from RB 5☆. Location a bit remote and the highway in front of the door makes it somewhat noisy. Breakfast supurb!! Spa centre can be used by outsiders too. We didn't like it so much. Taxi or train will bring you downtown in approx. 20 minutes. View from the rooms is amazing with all ships waiting to cross the Bosporus!! Overall a good place to stay.

It was a very pleasent and comfortabkw stay, we got an upgrade room for free and also late check-out. Very good infrastructure for families with small babys. Underground Garage with many places to park. We arr also bery satisfied from the receptionist Mrs. Rim for the best service!
