The Hotel was near the Airport on the Asian side, it was comfortable, clean and the snacks were good.

The atmosphere was amazing and welcoming. The staffs especially ORHAN was fantastic, helpful and always smile on his face. What and whenever you ask him something he answers with smile and do it straight away. Although we arrived early our rooms were ready, even the paper work was ready, we just signed in and walked to our rooms. Thank you ORHAN. The property was excellent, clean, comfortable with all facilities. I will go next time to the Princess Residence again and highly recommend for anyone who want to enjoy there time in Istanbul.

The house was beautifully decorated, very spacious. The apartment was tidy and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they made the stay amazing for us.
