Its my favorite choice every time I visit Istanbul and i can say that everything is perfect in this hotel including location and the room is very clean .staff they are amazing especially the Reception and HK .

Great location for vacation in a central spot, near to transport and in walking distance from the Istiklal street- we couldn't have chosen a better spot. All the staff was amazing, tending to every need , from the cleaning crew to the reception people. Special thanks to Merve who not only assisted with a small medical emergency but also went beyond obligations with showing special care and making sure all is ok and safe. We coudlnt' be more thankful.

Great location and easy to get to on the shuttle bus from the airport. Breakfast was amazing with bosphorus view on the top floor. Very polite and helpful staff. I will definitely be returning!

The location and overall vibe of the surrounding areas were fantastic. The staff were exceptionally friendly and kind, especially the Guest Relations Manager and her colleague, who were both highly professional. They provided excellent recommendations and even arranged a boat tour for us. The cleanliness and the pool were excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with its stunning view of the sea from the 9th-floor restaurant. We were able to check out at a rather inconvenient time with ease, and the staff warmly assisted us throughout the process. All in all, it was a wonderful stay at Point Hotel Taksim!

Our booking was upgraded in one of the spacious Junior suites of the hotel and that was a great surprise for us when we arrived! We loved all hotel facilities! The hotel gym was very well equipped, ideal for people who like working out daily, the indoor heated pool was quite large, in very good condition and well maintained. The breakfast room was on the top roof with breathtaking view of Bosphorus, the buffet was nice with plenty of choices of fresh vegetables for a healthy start of the day! All staff generally was very friendly, discrete and always with a smile, special thanks to Ali Senses and the nice girls at the concierge who helped us booking some tours! Ideal hotel location, close to the Metro and shopping streets. The Japanese restaurant was a great solution for a last meal after a long day! Perfect hotel choice, we will be back soon!
