Budget hotel with friendly staff, rested for several days with breakfasts and dinners, traveled around the city. Attentive waiters in the cafe. Allowed to move check out to the day of departure, for which special thanks.

Great stuff, everyone was absolute professionals and lovely people, Rasim and Cito in the morning reception, the guys at breakfast area, the housekeeping ladies who said goodmorning to us every day, the night receptionists, everyone!!! Also great location

We had some problems in our room and were not happy and comfortable, , but after expressing this to the reception, they were really quick to help, offering us a much better and bigger room and bringing a dish of fruits as a good will gesture. The breakfast is quite good with variety for every taste. The location is very good as well, short walk to taksim square and to the Shishhane Metro access. The SPA is small bit still good. Would come back again.

My stay at the hotel Pera Tulip was fantastic. The location is perfect, right next to the Galata Tower, with great restaurants and a funicular nearby, making it a lovely area to walk around. The hotel itself is very pleasant. I had an issue with my room, but the staff at the reception did their best to resolve it, and the manager also stepped in to ensure the issue was resolved in my favor. In the end, I stayed in a wonderful room on the sixth floor with a jacuzzi and a view of the Bosphorus. It was very comfortable, spacious, and the breakfasts were delicious. The most important thing I'd like to highlight is that they resolved my room issue in my favor, so I highly recommend this hotel
