“It was disappointing”

I stayed with my wife and son for 7 nights. Although the staff is very nice and help us with what we need,I found the hotel need improvement. I have mentioned the to lady at the Spa, that the Swimming pool was dirt and nothing was done about it. The edge of Swimming pool was so dirty that the impression I had is that haven't been cleaned for a year or so.. that dirty! It's a shame as the guys a reception is a top guys and we feel let it down by the hotel in that case.

Everything about this hotel is perfect from the reception to the room service. The breakfast was very good. Will definitely come back anytime am in Istanbul.

Most of it was clean, beside the gleu on the wall in the shower why it was still there I don't know I thought it and it just fell off, and the minifridge was empty not that cool, and nothing in it and in the shower there was paint coming from the wals, but i think its normal here because u see it almost in every category from 1 to 5 stars.for turkey it was a good hotel. Cheap as well. 55 € TRUE BOOKING.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and reassuring. The breakfast room/restaurant was large and breakfast was quite varied. The location was great, close to the Șișhane metro station and the Taksim square. Many shops, restaurants and tourist attractions were within walking distance. The bed was big and comfortable, the sheets were very clean and there was daily housekeeping. The room included a long table top facing the window, very practical to place your laptop and many other belongings on it.
