Staff were awesome and I was offered an upgrade by Meltem which was nice They have a sauna and gym and a pool which is handy They have a barber in the basement! But I never used it. Good sunset view from the rooftop Overall nice staff is what I liked 👍

I was pleased with the spaciousness of the room, and the reception staff were friendly. However, there was an issue with our booking through Booking.com. We had requested a room with separate beds but were given a double-bed room instead. Although it wasn't what we asked for, the staff made every effort to resolve the situation. After three nights, they were able to move us to the correct room.

My partner and I really like this hotel. This was our second stay there. It is definetely high value for money. Great staff, very clean and modern rooms, great breakfast with a lot of fresh options. People working in the restaurant and kitchen are great, too. Always attentive and ready to smile. The buffet has a great variety of options from traditional Turkish breakfast options to continental options. I highly recommend this hotel. The location is also good on Agean side of Istanbul. Close to the main road where you can take a bus to central places. A short walking distance to the metro station. And reservation through Booking.com is very smooth and cheaper than the hotel's own website.

The building was ok. The staff were few and we struggled to communicate with the man on the counter. We couldn’t get a taxi. The one man on the counter struggled with the number of clients.
