It is a lovely, quiet and very comfortable place . The staff is outstanding, kind, polite and very reliable. I was living there alone around two weeks until my husband came I felt very safe. It is trustworthy. I was leaving all my expensive staff in my room without any tension

The location of the hotel is central. The staff is attentive and respectful. The room was large and beautiful. This hotel, which is above my expectations, definitely deserves a higher price.

The room was warm, clean and comfortable. The location was busy but not too noisy, and very close to many cafe, restaurants and a street market. The only thing to note was that Ortakoy is very hilly and walking up to the hotel puffed us out, but then we are in the "older person" bracket. But would recommend this for short stays and being in the thick of the local action.

The host is very kind, polite and professional. He can always help you discover the best places. Excellent in organizing transfers. The hotel is close to the Bosphorus, a 5-minute walk. A great hotel in terms of price and value.
