Location was great. Very central to all attractions. Reception staff were very helpful. Very easy access to trams and to Eminonu ferry terminal. Good hotel for a couple, won't recommend for the family.

We really enjoyed the breakfast and the central location of the hotel. Furthermore the staff was very welcoming, charming and helpful. We booked half board and it was definitely well worth it. The food tasted very good, and even though there was some initial confusion due to one of us being a vegetarian they managed the situation well. We got a very good price for the room, and since we only experienced minor inconveniences, we would say that the hotel had a great price-performance ratio.

the room is pretty small but comfortable, if you don t plan to stay much at the hotel, it should not be a problem, for us it was ok cause we only sleep there, spent every other moment around the hotel cause it s very close to everything. We liked that it s so close to the center, a lot of restaurants around, stores and public transportation. very friendly staff, they we re very nice and helped us with everything.we checked in earlier than it should if u plan to get a superior room which is facing in fron of the hotel, take in consideration that it s very noise because of the tram passing by and lots of people walking around, for us it was not a problem but sometimes the noise wakes you up in the morning.

The hotel is nice and clean. The spa is very tiny and the water in the swimming pool was cold so we didnt use it. The location is perfect as its right next to major tourist places.

The location is excellent, very new and well equiped hotel. Very clean and neat. There is also spa available to the guests. We are very satisfied. Staff was so helpful and nice. Especially the night receptors. We will be back for sure

Flat surfaces gor the elderly and close to the Tram and Metro. The staff were also very friendly.
