I liked everything about this hotel: staff was very friendly and helpful, central location near Taksim Square but quiet in the room, complimentary water, fruit and sweets, spacious room with desk, fridge and all other amenities as described, comfortable mattress, etc. I had a very pleasant stay in Istanbul and would defintely book this hotel again.

Everything is perfect: location, staff, cleanliness. I got there from the airport by bus, the stop of which is 140 meters from the hotel. It was very comfortable. Upon arrival I was greeted with a compliment - a plate of fruit. And as a farewell gift I was given a small box of Turkish sweets.

Location was perfect. Taksim square is 6 mins away by walk. Many restaurant and cafes nearby, metro station is also 6 mins away. Friendly Staff. .

The location is perfect, close enough to the street so you can take a quick transport, but far enough that it isn't a bother or loud. It is also very close to Taksim Square, so you can walk there quickly and enjoy the area. The room was very clean, well maintained, with wifi and amenities. The staff were AMAZING! Very helpful, they speak English really good. We went for a honeymoon, so I emailed them first, and they prepared the room accordingly, that was great!

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, they were flexible with the check in check out timings, gave us local recommendations and suggestions for shopping and opened up Gym really early just for us. The breakfast spread is amazing too. The location is right around Taksim square and has many restaurant options around. The hotel has all the amenities you would need. Would strongly recommend staying here

Location is excellent, a few minutes walk to Taksim square. Havaist bus station to Istanbul airport is just 40 meters away. I didn't have a breakfast, so I cannot rate it. The room is moderate comfortable, nothing more.
