The staff at reception was super good. He has great vibes and makes you feel very welcomed. His name was Sadik. Gr8 location. You can walk to galataport mall and to tram and to pier and to istikal street.

The location of my hotel is very good, the tram is within walking distance. We had no problem for transportation. On our last day we tried the hammam and sauna, it was nice. Thank you very much to the friendly and helpful staff.

This was our first stay. The location of the hotel is good, the breakfast area is a bit small but the staff working there helped us a lot, thank you very much. GAMZE and Fats Reception helped us to check in early. Thank you thank you Sadık - Murat

Location is the best part of hotel in saying this the staff members Sadik and Ramazan were really helpful during our stay as well. So welcoming and understanding. We stayed as a group both rooms were clean and the cleaning staff were amazing, they always made sure to check in with us and topped up on everything we need.

Great hotel in a great location. The customer service stands out in particular Sude and Baykal who were always on hand to help us out. Would recommend a stay here.
