Perfect location! 100m from a tram stop and a walking distance to the main mosques and the port, couldn’t have been better, very friendly and helpful staff, delicious food and a great variety of dishes

The location is unbeatable-just a short walk from the main attractions of the city. When you arrive you will be very impressed with the swanky lobby and the super friendly staff. But the highlight of this hotel which made the stay feel very luxurious is it's amenities (two swimming pools, a hammam, a sauna and a steam room).

The only review you‘ll need. Speaking as an western European. Can i recommend this hotel? Yes, but under many conditions. I‘ve came here in January. It was not crowded at all. It was the only hotel i‘ve seen. I‘ve had almost 50% Discount through booking (Although I don’t know if this is a real discount, of course). When you come in the lobby you may think you‘ve entered a very prestigious hotel. Trust me you did not. But still it‘s cozy, staff is friendly. Rooms are ok. Mine was very small. The walls are thin. The morning prayer call will definetily wake you up. But honestly, it was ok. Definitely do not expect 4 Star Level as in France, Italy or Germany. Not at all. Cleanliness was ok. There were shoe prints on the bathroom floor. Hot water. Very short TV channel list. Breakfast is edible, but very very cheap. If you don‘t care and just want to get something in your belly as i did, go for it. Instant coffee, deep fried wholesale stuff, some fresh stuff but not too much, bread is tasteless but there‘s plenty different. There are a lot of different pastes that seemed to be kind of self-made. But all of them were low quality. The baba ganoush tasted like engine oil. Olives were sour. Spa, is existent and free entry. It is however pretty small. Nice sauna. When it‘s cold outside it‘s nice to get warmed up in the sauna. Nice steam room. Pool seemed alright. If you only want to do this once in your stay i you are good off to sleep any place else and go to hamam on the other side of the golden horn or on the asian side. So i would give a 6/10, for the location which is right there at all the tourist places there‘s a +1 added. Does it only cost you ~50 to 60 Euros, you just wanna have a room in the old city and some food in your stomach in the morning, you like sauna but don‘t expect this place to be any kind of 4 Star Experience you might know. Then go for it. Know that this review only accounts for western europeans experience.

- The staff was great and the location is very close to the important turistic points, so you won’t need to use the public transportation if you want to see also the city! If we will come back to Istanbul, for sure will be here.

It was ok, breakfast good, beds good but family room with no view was indeed no view, it was room WITHOUT the window. No view means bad view, but without windows is too much! Otherwise hotel is good, except no good places for food around.

I had an amazing stay at Miss Istanbul Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was absolutely top-notch — so professional and friendly. We were welcomed with a lovely coffee, which was such a nice touch. The room was spotless and cleaned every day, which made the stay even more comfortable. The hotel offers great amenities, including a pool, sauna, steam room, and a traditional hamam, all included in the price, which was a huge bonus. On top of that, my mom received a beautiful birthday cake as a surprise, making our experience even more special. The breakfast was varied and delicious, offering a wide selection of items to start the day right. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, everything was well-maintained and pristine. Another big plus is the hotel's location — it's just a 2-minute walk from the metro and train stations, which made getting around the city so easy. Sultanahmet Square is also just a 7-10 minute walk away, making it a perfect base for sightseeing. I highly recommend Miss Istanbul Hotel to anyone visiting the city. It was an unforgettable experience and I can’t wait to return!
