Very Good property with nice location. Good food and very good staff. Everything is the best. Very good hotel, well located near shopping and cultural areas, and really comfortable rooms. Staff (reception, concierge, cleaner) were also very polite and efficient.

It was first time staying in this hotel, I like it so much, because it is a small and quite and cosy. The reception very helpful specially Mr Shams who always want to help as much as he can. They have list ( menu) of deferent kind of pillows you choose what is comfortable for you , the breakfast buffet is good have enough selection to start your day with hot and nice meal and you can asked also for eggs as way you like. I recommend for people who want clean, comfortable, and safe place.

The location is just a few steps from Terminal 5 station. Mr. Shamis and the reception staff demonstrate a high level of professionalism, providing exceptional assistance and support. The breakfast offered is outstanding. I truly appreciate every moment spent at this establishment. My sincere thanks to all the staff.

Everything was wonderful. Thank you for the birthday surprise. Special thanks to Mrs. Cicek for the perfectly maintained room. The hotel's facilities were exceptional – the spa was relaxing. The location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.

I was looking for nice hotel for a layover after long and exhausting flight Utill the next one. This happened to be a right choice. Quite neighbourhood, good bed with a hard mattresses, panoramic view onto the other bank of Bosphorus, and great choice of breakfast with wide selection of a tasty local meals. Worth to notice the professionalism of staff. They were polite and helpful. Also we had a room upgrade with was a really great surprise .
