Very nice hotel, very nice location. Staff was amazing. I asked one of the staff members an address, which was close by, and he right away put his jacket on and was ready to walk with me to show the location. Amazing

We were upgraded for free. The room was very clean and the bed was the most comfortable I've had in a long time. Staff was helpful and friendly, far more so compared to local standards. They really go above and beyond to help you out. The breakfast was average for such a hotel. It's not bad but also nothing remarkable. The location is perfect. It's right next to Taksim square.

The location was perfect, the room was very clean and spacious. The personnel were very friendly and they were always available to help us. The breakfast was very good, all the platters were always full and we didn't notice anything missing during our stay. The hotel location, close to Taxim square, is very good for walking around the city, the area was always alive full of people and you felt secure.

The hotel has an excellent location and a very friendly and supportive staff. We had booked a Deluxe Double Room for 3 nights, but they have us a free upgrade to Suite. The room was very clean and spacious, a jetted tub as well. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who plans to visit Turkey and wants to stay near Taksim Square.
