Saher were extraordinarily since we have arrived.she helped us in every single query on time . I would recommend the gust to always ask for her as she’s very friendly. I would also recommend the manger to give Saher a raise for her wonderful service. Thanks Regards Latifa

Not a fan.About the location is good.Sahar was good but the staff in breakfast bar are all looking miserable not smiling,not welcoming even the manager.In short not a great customer service in restaurant.

This property provided me with so many amazing features such as: 1. It’s location: this place is a 5-6 minute walk from Taksim Square and Istiklal Street so you will never run out of shops and food options. 2. Given that it is so close to the main area, it is very bright and lively even at late night, so feels extremely safe. 3. The main feature was a great staff member called Saher at the reception desk. She gave me an upgrade on the room twice and has a very warm and lovely sense of humour. Please definitely interact with her if you do decide to book this place. 4. Metropolitan has a great breakfast at a very economical price and so you can have it and get started for your day on a good note! 5. Lastly, the staff here was extremely helpful in many ways: be it taking the bags, getting housekeeping quickly, or telling me directions to things and how to get there! Overall, this place is a HIGH RECOMMENDATION from my side.
