Guests are kindly requested to check-in at the reception located in the main building. Afterwards, a bell boy will accompany guests to their booked unit. Beautiful, confortable, cosy atmosphere, helpful and polite personnel !Excellent location near Galata Tower and İstiklal caddesi. Also very close to Şişhane metro station and with a 10 minutes walk to Karaköy tramvay station. Additionally it is next to multi storey carpark, just in case you travel by your own car.

As others have mentioned the check-in needs to be done round the corner from the actual location where the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, multiple good breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurants only metres from the flat plus public transport is only minutes walk away. There's also a small shop close by for essentials. Lots of towels, plenty of hot water and decent WiFi, beds were comfortable and there was no noise disturbance on the 3rd floor where we were. Air conditioning and heating worked well. There's a lift that was working all the time until the morning we were leaving.

The bedrooms were really spacious and comfortable, the living room was a cosy meeting point for our morning coffee. They were so kind to offer local snacks and they also gifted a birthday cake and a small book to one of us that had their birthday! Shampoo, water etc was also replaced during our stay. Really appreciated the effort, thank you!

It’s very near to Galata tower, Istiklal street and Beyoglu tram station. just 5mins walking distance. The most amazing things you will love about this hotel is their staff, especially the receptionist (I forgot his name, I’m sorry) and their manager Mrs Suat. They had my room ready before the check in time and help to keep my luggage one day before (as I went to other city first). Hotel room is clean and cozy. Our aparthotel is at on the other side of building but I don’t had problem at all to find it. They staff helped to bring luggage to the room as well which is very nice. They kitchen is well-equipped but I love turkish food so I only cooked once, that’s because there is fish market in Karakoy and all the fish so fresh so we decided to buy and cook for dinner. There are many nice cafe and restaurant at cheap price you should try, just 5mins walking distance from the hotel.

Area and general vicinity were excellent for access to sights, great food spots and catching transport. The apartment was cleaned every second day and we had basic facilities to use. The Barnathan Hotel just down from the apartment had great buffet breakfasts with a view on Fridays.

Excellent 4 nights bed and breakfast stay in a two bedroom apartment. The check in at reception at the sister hotel was straightforward. All staff were extremely helpful. The guest relations were excellent. The room was very well equipped with plenty of drinks. Excellent heating in the room for this time of year.

Very central location to get to all parts of Istanbul. Welcoming Staff. Relatively close to plenty of public transport. Many good restaurants close by. Gelatta tower literally a stones throwaway .
