Was greeted by receptionist Mariam, she was really helpful and gave us 5 star service! She was attentive and assured our check in was convenient. Thank you for everything Mariam and also the concierge team for helping with our bags.

The room was fine, but the aircondition was only fan, no cooling, and also, the cleaning of the room was not good, you can feel that the room was not clean, location was ok.

Everything was beyond expectation, staff İlayda, Berkan, Abdullah, Meryem, Mukkades, Nur, Esma who were very welcoming cheerful and helpful. Special thanks to saida who found our gold items and handed it to us upon the whole stay. Also to İlayda who was always on thd spot for all our requests.
