The facilities at the Mercure are wonderful they make your stay there very comfortable. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Shout outs to our luggage guy Toprak, who was always happy to help with anything and help with translation and getting you to were you need to go. Also the restaurant and wait staff who are always happy to chat, and give you service with a smile. It was a lovely stay ☺️

This is a primarily a business hotel in a business district of Asian side Istanbul which also hosts travellers who are having plastic surgery nearby. We liked the proximity to the Vanity clinik. We also liked the fact that the staff didn’t raise an eyebrow at people walking around bound up in bandages. If you stay here, it’s likely you’ll see a lot of people who’ve had hair transplants tummy tucks and facelifts. The spa facilities are okay, but you must bring a swimming cap or they will charge you £6 to buy one before you can get in the pool . I’ve been to this hotel three times now and I’m glad to say that the water in the swimming pool is acceptably warm finally. The gym is adequate as is the restaurant more about which below.

The breakfast was very good - fresh, tasty and with a choice. The location was ok. But if you want to be close to the attractions-consider changing different transportation which could be confusing.

My stay at this hotel was exceptional, and the service and staff were highly professional. The staff, particularly Pinan, went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. The food at the restaurant was outstanding, and the breakfast offered a vast selection, including delicious Turkish and continental options. The room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy for me to work from there when I couldn’t make it to the office. I will undoubtedly return, whether for work or leisure, the next time I am in Istanbul.

Location is great, central for many places! Especially if your work is all in the Asia side. The spa area is a bonus! I had a massage from lovely lady from Thailand and she was great.

Our stay was pleasant, with spacious and comfortable room that allowed us to rest well each night. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of options, and the staff was attentive, keeping the tables clean and ensuring the food stations were well-stocked. The sauna and steam room facilities were also a nice addition, and we enjoyed a relaxing time there. However, it would have been nice to have complimentary water available for guests in the spa area. Also the water in the pool was very cold so maybe worth to adjust the temperature.
