The property is spacious and has an amazing location. Everything is walkable or reachable with the tram that runs only 5 minutes away. The breakfast was also very good. We didn’t like that one bedroom did not have a window, so it got really hot and stuffy inside during the night. In the whole flat there was only one window in the other bedroom so it was always quiet sultry. Also, sadly the doublebed was dirty with lots of hairs and lint on it. We only saw it when we wanted to go to bed so we had to sleep in a dirty bed for one night. When we told the team, they cleaned it in the morning and cleaned the flat every morning after. So other than that it was clean. :)

Perfect location, close to the main attractions, yet quiet. Nice breakfast with an amazing view in a hotel nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay, thank you very much!

Very close to the main sites like Blue Mosque, Aya Sofia and Grand Bazaar. Substantial breakfast at the main hotel 2 mins walk away from the apartment. Cleaned every day.

The apartment comfortably accommodated our group of four, offering two bedrooms and a cozy common area perfect for evening gatherings. Its location near the Çemberlitaş tram stop made it easy to explore the city, with Sultanahmet just a short walk away. The interior was clean, bright, and tastefully decorated, with regular housekeeping ensuring a pleasant stay. Breakfast was served at a nearby hotel just 130 meters away, featuring a great selection of cheeses, scrambled eggs, and fresh vegetables, all enjoyed with a stunning view of the sea and city. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment for its space, convenience, and amenities.

This was my second recently stayed at Mehmet bay. I stayed on the ground floor where rooms were well-equipped with excellent facilities, including a kitchenette and washing machine, making my stay convenient and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, offering all the necessary items to start the day right. Overall, it was a delightful and hassle-free experience.
