In general, it is a mid-level boutique hotel, 2 minutes walk from the center, the room was clean and spacious and also a quiet room.

I liked the location of the hotel. It’s really very close to Istiklal street. Also all staff were friendly and nice. I liked how clean was a room. The room was cleaned every day. They have really nice cafe with tasty and cheap breakfast's.

The location the staff and the ease of arranging things even the receptionist was a very kind and helpful lady and responded immediately to WhatsApp messages and the other lady who manages the restaurant was really kind and amazing and the food at the restaurant is also delicious and even beats other restaurants nearby which added to a very good experience. The Turkish Menemen which I ate for breakfast was really delicious at this cafe.

It was at a perfect location, with shops and a washing area near by for clothes. It was located at the top of a cafe with the most lovely couple. Thank you so much for the amazing experience and the hospitality as well as the present. They provided delicious meals and laughs. The house keeper was extremely helpful with directions and taxi bookings. The rooms were cleaned daily and the bathroom was always spotless and stocked up daily. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay at Madame Roza. Location is great, although directly accessible from Takseem street but very safe even late at night and very quite at night, unlike the surrounding area. The hotel itself is very basic. There is honestly room for improvement with the service and especially toiletries provided, but that did not bother us at all. The room is nice and comfortable, the AC works nicely and helps a lot during the summer. The coffee shop right next to the hotel is also great and very cozy with cool vibes. A couple of supermarkets just around the corner and restaurants as well. The area has everything you might need. We would stay there again for sure.

Location, room was cleaned everyday, hot water and staff! I had lost my phone from my previous destination and Tausif really helped me to locate my phone and went out of his way to help my find it. I cant thank him enough and very nice guy!
