No early morning breakfast service Can consider its own conveyance service for foreigners. Some of the taxi drivers charge double the actual price.

Good hotel, very nice staff, good position, good breakfast. Too much hot inside the bedroom. I would appreciate a better cleaning of the bedroom. I would appreciate a better English for the reception employees.

-The hotel is under construction. - We asked the staff to stay for 1 more hour but she refused. - to be fair at arrival time, the staff at reception gives us free upgrade

The hotel is very clean. The rooms and the bathrooms are large and new. Location is close to Taksim. Arif in the reception is a good boy.

Staff was great from front service was very kind and helpful and provided early check in great locaton food and facility very nice. Happy to spent a week in this place. Thanks to all the staff without exceptions.

Super friendly staff. They went out of their way to help with every request I had. Great location- I could walk to Nisantasi for shopping in under 15 minutes and to the main center Taksim square in 5 minutes. The bed was super comfy and the room recently renovated. I will definitely return. A big thank you to the Konak team!
