Great 👍 in general. Staff were friendly cooperative and hospital. In particular, I commend and praise Safak Erten, the executive chef for his welcoming nature and hospitable manner. Also, the wonderful Ruveyda Bakirhan food & beverage supervisor. Her energetic presence in the restaurant floor and the positive energy she radiates add a refreshing flavour and generous atmosphere. I also would like to extend my appreciation to Chef Asl And the waiters Sedat and Cihan. Also in lobby Forat and Sami. I hope the spelling is correct.

Location was good in terms of beside the Galataport Promenade with all the shops and restaurants, and ease of access to rest of city attractions. Friendly staff, although breakfast was a bit chaotic!

Very good breakfast, on the last day Junior Sous Chef Aslihan Elmaci offered us a jam to bring home and it was very good! Thank you Aslihan! Big room, comfortable beds, great bathroom amenities, all amenities were great!

Fantastic location. Great breakfast room with a view and wonderful views from the Sky Lounge. Well equipped gym. The staff are welcoming and helpful. I will definitely be coming back.

First of all I would like to thank in particular Mr. Ali c Karaarslan for his assistance in resolving my reservation problem on the booking.com website and the hotel staff who were very attentive and smiling. Bravo, the food at breakfast and the view of the terrace.

the hotel is well positioned close to the cruise terminal and to small streets filled with restuarants and souvenirs. The rooms with the balcony and spa bath had beautiful sunset views. Room 707 on the corner has the best view.
