My stay at this hotel was a bit frustrating. Despite booking a specific room in advance, I was informed upon arrival that it was unavailable. Instead, I was offered a basement room for the first night—something I had intentionally avoided when booking. Eventually, I was given a double room, but it was not very clean, the bathroom door handle was broken, and the air conditioner didn’t provide heating. After one night, I was finally moved to the room I originally booked. This room was clean, the air conditioning worked properly, which was a relief, but not all the lights were functional. The process of changing rooms was inconvenient and time-consuming. Also, all the rooms I saw were extremely small. On the positive side, the breakfast was delicious, and the kitchen staff was very friendly. The breakfast area also had a great view. Additionally, the hotel’s location is very convenient. Overall, while there were some good aspects, the room-switching hassle and initial experience left me disappointed.

Very nice room, exactly as in the photos. Very good heating and clean room .Good location, easy access from the airport. The hotel is next to most tourist attractions, agia sofia, blue mosque, big bazaar, all of them 5min by foot .The Eminonu port station is 20 minutes by foot. The staff is excellent. The breakfast was good, it had the basics, but it didn't have bacon and pancakes.The breakfast room view it was perfect!!

Breakfast was great! The receptionist was very helpful with tips and tricks for getting around in the city. The view from our room was great, you could see the sea and sunset (room 304, I think). The hotel is in a more conservative/religious neighborhood, if this is a problem for anyone, have this in mind.

Close to all the famous spots, tram and metro. Mehmet and Kadir were very helpful. They put me in touch with an agent when one of my hotels in Cappadocia cancelled last minute. If you are looking for local spots to visit, you can definitely ask them. As a solo traveller, felt safe and comfortable. Would highly recommend it.

Great location, really nice and clean room. Everyday we came back to a clean room with new towels. The staff were amazing, really helpful and honest. We met some really nice people that were also staying at the hotel. Definitely will consider staying there again.
