I like the staffs and facilities in the hotel, they are friendly, kind and informative when you've questions. My wife like the spa with reasonable price. Breakfast is fine with loads if choices. Overall, we are happy with our stay and if we'll come back to Istanbul, it will be my first choice.

The room was very nice and clean, staff were friendly and really good service throughout. Hadi at reception was amazing and helpful, he went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. The hotel is at a very good location, shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The spa and Turkish bath was amazing and I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.
