Confortable room in quiet location next to everything. Aylan (not sure how to write the name) at the reception is very helpful and friendly and made us feel very good in the hotel

I loved everything – from the warm welcome, excellent location, and breakfast... The staff are truly pleasant and accommodating, and a special shout-out to the lady who prepared breakfast!

Nice view from the balcony. Comfy bed. Good shower. Good towels. They are making up the room on a daily basis if asked for. Very nice staff and particularly helpful at the reception. Kalen speaks excellent English and has a good knowledge of many topics and how to manage around. Excellent responsiveness with some issues. Breakfast is very good... eggs, French toast, variety of cheese, good fresh bread, and jam. Too bad that they only have "instant " coffee. The breakfast lady is very dedicated to her task. The location is quite good and quiet as well.

The hotel is in a very good area. The tram station (4-minute walk away) and tourist attractions such as the Grand Bazaar (5-minute walk away), the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia (almost a 10-minute walk) are easily accessible. Regarding the service I received from the Hotel compared to the payment I made, I can say that it was super service and comfort from the hotel staff.

Located in the heart of the old town, close to the main attractions. The room was clean, spacious, warm (air con eficient and silentious ), outside the cold november , 8 degrees max. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast good and there is cofee, tea and water, close to the reception, for free at any time . Over all we had a good experience, i recomand the place.

The hotel has a brilliant location- very close to all "must see" places. It' s situated in a very quiet place and has a beautiful sea view from the terrace (room 401). Fast Wi-fi. Comfortable beds, air conditioner and it has also a small fridge. There is available a free coffee, tea and water on the 1st floor. Breakfast was ok. Would like to say many thanks to Kalen in reception, basing on Your helpful and very useful advices we managed to see much more than we have had planned.
