We didn't like the breakfast, there are no basics. We booked two rooms because we were 2 couples. One room was a suite, it was perfect, huge and the other was very small. And we paid the same money. I have never seen this anywhere before. In the small room, the toilet smelled a lot. When we complained, it was fixed. The staff was perfect. Always pleasant with a smile. Especially the girl at the reception was excellent.

The location is excellent for first-time visitors to the city! All the staff, without exception, were extremely kind and helpful, fulfilling every request. Delicious breakfast with local food. Don't hesitate to ask for turkish coffee!

The staff was very accommodating and friendly especially Ms Sema. She made my birthday morning special. This hotel is in an Excellent location. When the hotel suggests transportation please take it. Uber and Taxi will scam you!

Location. Good bed and mattress, strong water pressure. The Lady at reception was very friendly (unlike her man-colleague).

The hotel is only a few minutes from the Metro and is also very close to Galata Tower. The staff is very nice. The breakfast is very delicious.

The hotel is in the heart of Istanbul. Location is just perfect for family. Sema is very friendly and very helpful. Very nice breakfast. Very clean,just spotless. As my first time in Turkey with my family this hotel offered everything I expected. Thank you again,I can't wait to return.
