A Jewel in Sultanahmet: My Unforgettable Stay at Hotel Amira Istanbul From the moment I booked my stay at Hotel Amira, it was clear that this would be no ordinary experience. Sam, the mastermind behind reservations, reached out promptly to meticulously plan my activities and arrange my airport shuttle. His attention to detail was the perfect prelude to what awaited me in Istanbul. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the exceptional reception team, with Emri’s hospitality setting the tone for an unforgettable visit. It’s rare to find such genuine care and enthusiasm, and their kindness left an indelible mark. The culinary experience was equally remarkable. The restaurant team not only served some of the best dishes I’ve ever tasted but did so with a warmth and attentiveness that made every meal a delight. The food was so exceptional that I couldn’t resist indulging—a fact evidenced by the 5kg I happily gained during my stay! Every member of the Hotel Amira team went above and beyond, exceeding every expectation with their professionalism and heartfelt service. Hotel Amira is an enchanting hotel in a magical city. The staff and service, and the room, were exceptional. When I first arrived, Mert, on reception, spent quite some time going through a map and the range of activities and places to visit. I was also offered a complimentary drink too, which was lovely. At breakfast, there was an extensive range of hot and cold food available, and the especially made gozleme was a delicious addition. The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. You get excellent value for money. I can’t imagine there being a better place to stay in Istanbul.

This is an amazing hotel! I was looking for the hotel in the centre and with good breakfast and it was great choice! We enjoyed everything: our room, breakfast, location, stuff attentiveness, service is very high. We were also given upgrade for the room. We loved literally everything. The staff Osman, Mert, Rohat and other guys treated us as like princesses, always kind and welcoming, answered to all of our questions, even gave us Istanbulkart so we could use public transportation. The breakfast was great, the coffee excellent. Due to the season the rooftop bar/restaurant was closed but we could go to the terrace with our own tea cups and enjoy the beautiful view anytime. The room was great, bed was comfortable, cleaning every day. We will definitely stay there when be in Istanbul next time. Probably the best hotel experience!!! Thank you so much for everything!!

Great staff. Very helpful and shared lots of useful information. Breakfast very good. Clean room with a very comfortable bed. Although the room was on the ground floor the windows kept the room quiet.
