Md Omar “Very Good Location, but Limited Staff Help”

The location of the hotel was great – we could easily walk to both the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, which made our first day in Turkey quite convenient. The breakfast offered was a basic Turkish spread, not continental. However, we were disappointed by the lack of helpful advice from the staff. Most of them did not speak English, which made it difficult for us to get proper guidance. For example, we visited the mosque and took a Bosphorus cruise on our first day, only to find out later that the Grand Bazaar would be closed for the next three days. Had we received the right advice, we would have visited the Grand Bazaar first. The exception was Melisa, who was incredibly helpful and provided the guidance we needed. She was not available first day. There is a restaurant in the hotel where we had paid dinner, but later realized that just a 2-minute walk away, there were other places offering better food for half the price. Overall, the location was fantastic, but the lack of English-speaking staff and helpful advice made our experience a bit more challenging than it needed to be.

Location was good, staff was very friendly, especially Zeinab and Melisa. I was glad to hear that Melisa got promoted the day we left. Her attitude towards us was very professional and friendly at the same time. Owners should value such a great staff.

Everything was amazing, amazing hotel, amazing people, amazing service, we loved it here, couldn't have asked for a better experience everyone here was so lovely, made us feel at home, everyone was so friendly and kind, we especially want to thank Melissa, she was so lovely and funny, we got along really well and she was always so friendly and kind, we recommend this hotel to everyone!!

Great location, close to the main attractions and public transport. Rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Melisa at reception was very helpful, giving us great tips and assisting with all our requests efficiently.

The staff was very helpful and well-spoken, especially Yilmaz Yildiz and Kubra Zeynep. They were very hospitable and we were well taken care of. The facilities were good and it was very close to the tram (3min walk) and Sultanahmet area. Definitely recommend.
