Decent sized bedrooms with a good sized bathroom with good storage, good location right near the metro for easy travel to different places. Hotel receptionists are very accommodating, we asked to change rooms to one with a balcony and they did that for us. İbrahim on the reception desk is amazing, I went to istanbul for nose surgery and he was always checking in on me, asking if i need anything, when we had problems with booking taxis he sorted everything for us, he even took us around sight seeing on his day off so we could make the most of our trip.

Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, good shower. Very close to Osmanbey Metro station and bus lines. Coffee in the room was a bonus and lots of water was provided.

The hotel clean, the location perfect less than 100m to the metro station in the hurt of Osman bey , we nice street surronded with all fashion shops . Big thank you to the big boss Bayrem and Kadir , we forgot our bag he calls us immediately and informed us was very profisional Rozy was soo nice as well . You felt like you are at your home .
