We came from Australia . Family of 4. Location - Walking distance to two major attractions of Istanbul , Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Customer Service - All were super friendly and helpful . Reception staff went above and beyond to give good experience. Food - we had breakfast . And was very decent for the price we paid Hygiene- very neat and clean rooms, beds, showers and toilets .

Staff attitude and assistance are amazing. They were really welcoming and trying to help with the best of what they can. The breakfasts were really good, the children really loved them.

Very convenient. Right In front of the tram. Everything is walking distance. The staffs are super awesome. We even left our luggage for 3 days in the hotel storage before our check in date since we were travelling to Cappadocia. They are very flexible. Starbuck juz under our hotel and McD is opposite the hotel. Verh verh convenient. Will definitely come back sooon.
