The best receptionist in the entire team is definitely Gunes. He is incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready to give advice on what to be cautious about in the city. Having someone like him around is truly invaluable. The room was nice, and the cleaning lady deserves a lot of praise for her excellent work.

Exceptional staff. Typical Turkish 5 star hospitality.very convenient location. 5 mins walks to Grand bazar on the right and 5 mins walk to Blue Mosque on the right. There are plenty of food options nearby. This hotel serves a breakfast buffet (included), which is a bonus when you have kids. Staff even helped us to take our luggage to the taxi, which was parked a bit away.
