It was spotlessly clean and hygienic. We were very pleased with the service. The reception staff was good at their job and friendly. All the staff were great. The breakfast variety was very nice and delicious. I recommend it and will always choose this place.

I love this place. All hotel staff are very professional. Housekeeping staff do their job very good. The hotel is always very clean. My room smells like cleanliness. The hotel air conditioner works very well. I slept very comfortably. The hotel decoration is modern and beautiful.

Great hotel. This place is like my home in Istanbul. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The reception is great and the reception staff are very professional and cooperative. The hotel is very clean and spacious. My room was always clean and tidy. The housekeeping staff was very good at cleaning. There are many options for breakfast and they were all delicious and fresh.

I prefer this place because of the nice cleaning service it provides. The room and bathroom are very clean and hygienic. The breakfast, meals and drinks are very delicious and satisfying. There is a minibar in the room, the room service department renews and changes it every day, which is a nice thing. The hotel looks modern and stylish. The spa was clean and enjoyable.

I really like the service provided by the Bell bo; Yuksel, as he was always very attentive to my needs and when i needed a Taxi he ensured with the driver the address and the right fare to pay. This is not the first time i stayed there. Also, on previous occassion he has been very helpful and educated; which shows consistency

I stay here every time I visit Istanbul. Cleaning service was very good. They clean every day. The reception staff is friendly and attentive. I love breakfast because it is very delicious.
