Lovely clean modern hotel in a good location, the tram stopped directly outside which was very convenient. Although the breakfast had a good choice we felt it was very overpriced at almost £30 per person! The restaurant and bar was also expensive so we ate and drank elsewhere. During our 5 night stay the restaurant was always quiet with only a few people eating there which seemed a shame. The beds were very comfortable and although the room was quite small the amenities were good. We were disappointed with the cups in the room, I felt for a hotel of this standard we should have been provided with porcelain cups and metal teaspoons rather than paper cups and wooden sticks! Also access to the safe in room was difficult as it was near the floor and there was little space to open the wardrobe door at the side of the bed. Staff were helpful and polite and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Ideal location to get around. Tram station right opposite the establishment. Staff excellent. Breakfast options were quite repetitive, but filling.

This is a little hidden jewel in the middle of old town Istanbul Gonca Karahan guest relations assisted me with everything The Spa is amazing You must check it out

The Hotel is located in a great area. In walking distance to the Blue Mosque. Transport links outside the hotel. Staff are very helpful.

A really nice hotel, modern but also paying heritage to Turkey's history, great location if you want to seethe majority of the historical buildings, not so good if you were going to a trade fair like I was which was over an hour away! Super friendly staff, spa on site, rooftop bar.

Everything ,everyone on the reception desk was very friendly polite and helpful,kitchen area all staff excellent polite and friendly very nice kind people really made my staying in the hotel pleasant and comfortable,definitely if I come back to Istanbul again I would stay in this hotel
