It was a pleasant stay; the hotel is very clean, and the room was spacious enough for two people. Breakfast was simple, varied, and delicious. Very friendly and helpful staff. It was a 5 minute walk to Galata Tower and the traditional market area, and 20 minutes by tram to Sultan Ahmed and Hagia Sophia. I am very happy that the street where the hotel is located was quiet and calm. I heard and sensed how difficult it is to find this in Istanbul. The call to prayer in the morning is everywhere, so it’s by default (as some may not find it quiet), but the voice was kind of nice to hear in the morning.

We got a free room upgrade with a beautiful view of the city! The hotel is also well situated for what we wanted to see and visit.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was excellent—many major attractions were within walking distance, which made exploring the city very easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable, and the room overall was quite good.

A lovely stay, the staff were so friendly, Ahmet and Ghofran both exceptional, I felt very much in good hands and looked after. Wonderful breakfast and homely feel, Osman the cat is a very special part of the place. If you can, take a room with a sea view because at night time it is very special. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes the metro Sishane to get to IST airport but you can also walk everywhere from the hotel, into the old city, to Karakoy for ferries and another metro line and the area around the hotel is buzzing at night, but also nice a quiet as it is down a side street. I will definitely stay again.

Excellent service. Staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. Great location, easy to get around from the hotel. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean.

The staff is super helpful and friendly. With cats Osman security and Princess, they made our stay truly exceptional. Location is amazing, close to all main tourist attractions. If we return to Istanbul, for sure would book it again!

We took one of the best rooms. Mr. Muhammad from reception was very nice and upgrade us to rooftop room facing the golden horn and beautiful bridge, it was really very beautiful room with Terrace. All the staff were very helpful and smiling all time. They have a unique person at this hotel called Miss Ghofra, she's a very helpful, kind lady who you think she's the owner during her working hours, she keep asking if there is anything she can do and doing her best to make your stay much better. We really very happy for choosing this hotel. Highly recommend 👌
