I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Divan Hotel in Istanbul. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Guest Experience Manager Nilgun Hanım, Berk Bey, and Görkem Bey. They are true professionals who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their attention to detail and genuine care made a significant difference in my experience, and I truly appreciate their efforts. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The location of the hotel is ideal, with easy access to Istanbul's iconic landmarks, and the dining options were exceptional, showcasing the best of Turkish and international cuisine.
