The hotel staff was very helpful. Big thanks to Emre SOYÖZ and all his co-workers. Cleaning of the room is done every day,with water,tea,coffee,soap,shampoo,paper and towels. Big 👍 to the cleaning ladies. Good breakfast,with a big selection of everything. Nice hotel lobby,the staff is always ready to help and assist . During a rainy day we asked for an umbrella and we were given one.👍 Fast assistance to room from reception.👍

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms. The location is just perfect near the metro station and tram. We got perfect service. Professional staff, specially Mr Firat Ozturk. Tasty breakfast. 10/10

I like everything here. The room is large, well-kept, and spacious. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. It was a very good choice of hotel and a pleasant stay.
