The staff were very accommodating, when we first arrived our room was in the budget package and not ideally set up. They were very kind and offered us the choice of two different room upgrades to suit our needs. The room we chose was comfortable and had all of the amenities. We also enjoyed using the free spa facilities like the sauna and cold plunge pool. The staff were friendly and responsive throughout our stay.
