Awesome Hotel and staff, excellent view, staff VERY helpful. Special thanks to all staff and especially Melek, Hakan and Ali who helped alot with directions and places to visit. Special thanks to Sehaiela who made my birthday so special! Rooms very clean and view on the Golden Horn.

Clean, beautiful room & building, but the star of the show was the staff. The staff were absolutely remarkable, constantly asking if we needed anything via WhatsApp or whenever they saw us. Opened doors, called elevators. Room service was great. Highly recommend. Breakfast was fabulous.

The breakfast was decent, though nothing extraordinary. However, the hospitality was exceptional, especially Sohaila. Every morning, she would check in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. If anything was missing, she’d quickly take care of it. Her attentiveness was a big part of why my family and I had such an enjoyable stay. Along with the beautiful room and the stunning view of the Halic, Sohaila's kindness truly made our experience unforgettable.

Great Stay with Excellent Service The hotel was clean and well-managed. A special thanks to Ms. Parisa from Guest Relations, who was very attentive and actively improved the guest experience. The breakfast was fantastic, especially with the stunning view of Istanbul. Highly recommended!

The hotel was perfect for our stay in Istanbul! The rooms are very spacious, the interior very inviting and the view was amazing :) But the very best part of our stay was the lovable stuff with all their kindness, helpfulness and great service. Especially Ilker, the guest relation manager did such a great job like I never experienced before. He helped me making my wife‘s birthday a special day and did everything to make a little dream I had come true! Thanks again to you and your team Ilker :)

Extremeley friendly and helpful staff Very convenient location and with a nice view to the Golden Horn (Superior Room with Sea View) Excellent breakfast with big variety (fresh juices and smoothies, fresh egg preparations, seasonal fruits, warm and cold dishes and many others) Very nice room with amenities and comfortable mattresses/ pillows Welcome gift : Fruits and nuts I would definitely recommend it due to its excellent value for money.
