The staff was so friendly and always ready to help when needed. The beds were big and you can ask for extra duvets. The balcony was great and had cats who visit you quite often. You also get water for free, which helps a lot. It's located next to Taksim, so there's a lot of public transport around, and the street the hotel is on, is a big shopping street. For the price we paid, it was great.

Everything was amazing. The guys on the reception were truly professional, they helped us a lot with a personal incident we had. Location totally amazing, in the city center, everything was so close and that helped us a lot to wander easily around the city.
