Location is excellent, not right in the middle of the old city but close enough. So it is a bit quieter. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. The front desk staff were wonderful, had all our keys ready on arrival, and offered any assistance we needed with a smile. Lovely people. The breakfast was good, not stunning but still offering a good choice. The restaurant staff were also very, very nice.

Room and ensuite bathroom were very pleasant and clean. Breakfast was amazing - huge range and all delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great spa and massage.

The staff were really welcoming, the gentleman at the reception was especially nice giving us information about places to visit and more. The room was amazing, it was really big, clean and the bed very comfortable. The spa was great! We had breakfast included and the kitchen stuff has done everything to satisfy our taste and expectations, even more they made our experience at the Beethoven even more special by singing an happy birthday song to my partner and bringing us a fabulous dessert.

Convenient location for exploring the area. The rooms are of average size and have a small balcony. Breakfast was OK with different options. There is a bar for having Turkish coffee/tea and dessert. Hotel provides paid airport transfer and was able to arrange it quickly because of force-majeure with our transfer.

The staff were all very helpful and professional. The pool, although small, was a great facility to have and we enjoyed using the sauna, with both facilities having long opening hours. There was a great choice of food at breakfast. The beds were really comfortable and we both had an excellent night's sleep every night.

Polite person, really helpful. Also I enjoyed breakfasts, lots of options and tasty. Nice spa, it was working, was really nice to spend evenings there. Recommend!
