The experience was exceptional 😃 Everything was perfect starting from the early check in which I requested earlier ☺️ They were very friendly and the hosting spirit was amazing The room was comfy and clean comfy bed. The breakfast had many choices of delicious food and many kinds which meet. Different tastes and cultures ,the restaurant was clean as well. The front office personal was very cooperative we asked for late check out and to leave the luggage and they were very gentle. They offered hot drinks like coffee, hot chocolate and tea 24hours with smiling face I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul

The breakfast was superb. The room was clean and tidy. The staffs were polite and very helpful. They helped us to vacuum a bag to put it in the suitcase. The location was good and central. It has easy access. It was silent and noiseless.

Great location and spa center/swimming pool. Late check out possible. Very good breakfast (super complete and tasty especially the meat). Nice staff.

The location is good, allowing you to reach anywhere in the city easily. However the water in bathroom was not working during 19-20:00 every evening which was a bit weird.

The breakfast was great. The room was nice. We were given a choice to pick from 3 different rooms so really appreciated that. Location was good.
