Lovely hotel. Staff are very professional. Reception staff are accommodating, kind and always there to help. Very clean room. Breakfast is great.The breakfast team has done a very good job. Burcu at the breakfast room is a ray of sunshine. Very happy to help. Always has a warm smile everytime we come for breakfast. She is very attentive to our needs. Burcu is smart with very good communications skills. Burcu is one of the best. We hope to be back again in this hotel when we come back to Istanbul. We love it.

Very nice and cosy hotel at a great location to scout the old center or to take the many ferry's to the asian side of Istanbul. Friendly and professional staff and great breakfast with fantastic view over the city.

Towels and seats were old and the Front Office give us a tip to eat at restaurant which was a big scam. 10 Euro for mayonaise.. for example.
