Language is an issue ,difficult to communicate with staff in english .No restaurant in the hotel ,just breakfast , location is really good ,cleanliness and room comfort are excellent .

Second visit to this well located and friendly hotel. Outstanding attention from all the staff , in particular the evening reception staff who on arrival assisted will resolving a challenging transaction and subsequent appointment. Really top marks for the staff throughout a four night stay .

All the staff were excellent, Huseyin and his team could not do enough the make our stay perfect. Arranging taxis, tours and general help. Room was comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was varied and freshly produced, location very good for transport options and shopping.
