A Perfect Stay – Truly Deserves 5 Stars! We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding – everything was spotless and maintained to the highest standards! The food was simply exceptional: diverse, fresh, and incredibly delicious. It exceeded all our expectations – a true culinary experience. Huge compliments to the kitchen team! What truly made our stay unforgettable was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. A special shoutout to Vedat and Eren, who provided us with outstanding service in the restaurant. Their attention to detail and care made us feel like we were dining in a 5-star establishment. Thank you for an amazing experience – we will definitely come back again!

We had a great stay for New Year's. Welcomed by friendly staff, especially the piccolo on duty on 30.12 afternoon (I don't know hos name)! Food was very delicious and the variet at breakfast was great. The view from our room on 8th floor was amazing! We did get paid a visit by the police on New Year's Eve though, which, a long story short, turned out to be due to a mistake and name similarities, but we are thankful to Mr. Arda, who was at the front desk that night and helpfed with translation and communication with the police. Apologies, Arda, for any inconcenience this brought to your shift routine!

Rooms were really clean, big and had everything you could ever need. From dishwasher to washing machine. Staff was very lovely and location is really good just 5min walk from Emaar shopping center.

location is great if only you have a car. otherwise you may have trouble to reach the hotel. there is a big mall very close to the hotel for shopping and dining. bathroom is great and clean.parking id available.
