It was a wonderfull stay,the staff gone above and beyond to help us with everything that we need,the breakfast was amazing and it was full of choices,i recommend that hotel 100%,hope to visit again sometime!!!

The hotel was fantastic with great staff especially the manager Orhun who was very nice and accommodating and one of the best client service people I've met . The rooms were nice and spacious , breakfast was nice and would definitely visit again

Fairly good location with tram/metro station nearby - just takes a couple of journeys to familiarise yourself with the routes. Breakfast at hotel was very good. Unexpected upgrade to a suite which was exceptionally good.

Many thanks to Akgun Hotel and its staff for a very warm welcome and hospitality! This hotel has spacious rooms and two excellent cozy lobby bars on the ground floor and on the roof! The food in the restaurant is very tasty and you can even order something individually. Very friendly people work in this hotel and therefore you feel very comfortable and calm. I recommend this hotel to everyone and you will definitely not be disappointed!

Reception staff were extremely helpful and polite, requested to switch rooms due to street noise and we were moved immediately. The food was very delicious and had a great variety. The hotel spa and hammam were very clean and I had a great relaxing experience over there. A good thing about the hotel is having staff of different nationalities as well as turkish staff who understand english and try their best to accommodate guests. Special thanks to Ahmet Aktaş as well as the reception staff for being very friendly and accommodating.
