Very impressive standard of finish and decoration in our room. Probably the finest hotel room I have ever stayed (ours was a corner suite). And I’m of an age. Faultless staff. Didn’t see the spa. 5 star experience at 3 star prices.

Their warm hospitality set the perfect tone for my visit. The location is simply unbeatable, nestled in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the wonderful sights of Istanbul. Now, let's talk about the food! The breakfast spread was nothing short of amazing, featuring a delightful array of local and international dishes that catered to every palate. I couldn't get enough of the fresh pastries and traditional Turkish delights. The attention to cleanliness and detail throughout the hotel is commendable. We booked the Clock House which is a private residence nearby the hotel. This afforded us the space as a family to be together but also have seperate rooms. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and kind and my daughter was sick when we arrived and they helped arrange a Dr visit for us. All the staff we encountered were helpful and kind in sharp contrast to plenty of experiences we had accross Istanbul. The Clock House was unfortunately not cleaned properly with dust and grime in some places and the bathrooms were very small and claustrophobic with the only bathtub being on the subterranean floor with a sauna. The rest of the bathrooms had small showers. There were high end toiletries and we were delivered some nice fruit and snacks on arrival but the residence we had booked was strange in layout and the tiny winding stairs not appropriate for small kids. If I were to book again I would stay in the hotel not the private residence. It's better suited to long stays perhaps.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel: room and bed super comfortable! Decoration of the hotel beautiful! Location - walkable everywhere!!!!👍🏻 Everyone working there was extremely friendly and helpful!!! The ambiance in the hotel was amazing!!!! Shame we stayed only one night! Gorgeous place in the city center!

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Hasan and his team made sure I was safe and looked after as a solo female traveler. I am forrver thankful. Everything was clean and comfortable and the hosekeeping team do need a mention, they do an amazing job. Breakfast is perfect, beds comfortable, bathtub devine. Totally recommend.

Location was walking distance from bars. restaurants, blue mosque, gran bazaar etc. The Spa was excellent and we used it daily. Breakfast was delicious and they accommodated our dietary requirements. All the staff were super friendly.

The hotel is located in great position not far from the UNESCO sites and lots of restaurants nearby and the hotel shuttle bus was a great advantage as it dropped you off if required. Reception staff and concierge service was very good and we felt well looked after and that people cared about us and wanted to look after us and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was good and again the staff serving were always cheerful and attentive. They helped us organise trips and an early morning ride to the airport. The room was very clean and well serviced a call to reception sorted out any little queries that we had. Pool area although not large was lovely and a good addition to help relax after a day’s site seeing!
