The staff provided highly professional and helpful service. The hotel's excellent location offers convenient access, being a two-minute walk from the metro and fifteen minutes from Taksim Square, with numerous restaurants and shops nearby. The room was spacious, tidy, and impeccably clean.

Location is very close to the subway which makes it very convenient to commute. Also shops and restaurants are around. The rooms are clean and nicely done.

The Hotel was located near the metro, allowing easy access to all the city sights. The rooms were small but comfortable and very clean. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. With just a 5-10 minute walk, we could reach one of the vibrant streets, and it was only one station away from Taksim Square. We really enjoyed our stay, and if we come back to the city, we will definitely choose to stay here again. Thank you!

Staff was very helpful, respectful and kind. The hotel is very clean, but the cleaning lady Arzu was not only so cleanly but also so kind and social! Made our days. Area is nice and close to the metro station and Nişantaşı. Breakfast is very good. Good hotel for families, very safe.

Location - great. 1 or 2 stops from Taksim square. On the main busy road with a lot of life and shops, walking distance to Cevahir mall (20 min if you don't stop at sweet shops :)). Breakfast - I enjoyed it very much. The only minus is that hotel needs redecorating for a 4* hotel. But I would stay there again and already recommended to a friend because staff is friendly and there is a parking opposite the hotel. Many thanks!

It was not our first stay at this hotel so we knew what to expect. The lcoation i really good, very close to the underground station. Near by the there many places to eat and plenty of all sorts of shops. The staff was very kind and we were overall pleased with our stay.

Very Nice hotel located close to the Osmanbey metro station Breakfast is good Rooms are spacious and clean Staff are very friendly and welcoming, special thanks to Ramzan in Reception he gave us a gift when leaving I would definitely stay here again

The staff were amazing. Ramazan took care of us as soon as we landed and made sure we got to the hotel and back to the airport on time and easily. Communication was very clear. All staff were lovely and super helpful, Vahdat and all the staff at the door, breakfast were super kind. The manager personally called me and spoke to me on the last day asking how our stay was. The cleaner was lovely. Rooms were clean and TV had a good collection of channels. Hotel guests were all quiet. Area was good and close to shops and restaurants. The hotel was well looked after from the inside and outside. They also looked after our belongings and all was safe.

Very good location, easy to take taxi. Very helpful staff. They allowed us an earlier check-in and upgrade our room. We got a bigger room and a very comfortable bed, there was no street noise in the room A delicious breakfast and a lovely gift when leaving. I recommend and we will definitely visit again :)
