This hotel is advertised as a 5-star, but in my opinion, it falls short—more like a 4-star or lower. The facilities are limited, and the breakfast selection is not up to 5-star standards. Complimentary water was often forgotten, requiring daily requests. The location by a busy road means noticeable noise. On the positive side, the bed is comfortable, and the staff is attentive.

Ideal location close to Ferry terminal and Galataport. Rooms were clean and modern. Concierge staff were knowledgeable and happy to help. An enjoyable stay in an incredible city.

The hotal was very nice, when i arrived the hospitality was wonderful, they did support me alot for many things. Room was so clean. And air-conditioning was very cold. Bath room are very clean. Loop is wonderful to spend time. Back to Hotel all restaurants, coffee shops. Very near to metro, tram, bazar, galata port, Everything. No need for car. I would absolutely stay in hotel again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special — they were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location is absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore the best attractions and local gems. Yet, despite being so central, the hotel maintains a serene and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day out. The ambiance throughout the hotel is warm and inviting, with an energy that makes you feel right at home. The amenities are top-notch, with everything you could possibly want for a luxurious and comfortable stay — whether it’s the chic rooftop bar, elegant restaurant, or thoughtfully designed communal spaces. This hotel truly has all the elements of a 5-star experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect getaway. Can’t wait to return!
