This place is so so so cute and cosy. We stayed here for one night only but honestly we kind of never wanted to leave ever again. Everything's super clean - even the carpet throughout the house, thanks to everyone being asked to leave their outdoor shoes in the hall by the front door; there's an adorable little dog, the beds are insanely comfy, there's free snacks and a large variety of teas in the room, and the most gorgeous breakfast conservatory/patio situation decorated with the owner's own, beautiful landscape photography (a lot of which is for sale) and overlooking a little garden that features herbs and flowers and beyond that, rolling hills dotted with a house or two and a bunch of sheep. Despite it being only a half-hour drive away, this place feels like an altogether different world from the slightly overcrowded Portree area, with a night sky unlike any other, conveniently visible from the skylight windows. The (in our case vegan) breakfast itself was absolutely delicious, too, featuring freshly cooked mushrooms and tomatoes and lots of home-made jams and (also home-made!) granola. It cannot be overstated that the (incredibly kind, generous) owner runs this whole place on her own. It's an absolute gem and we cannot wait to come back.

Great communication by Elaine before our arrival with some information of the area. Breakfast was very lovely in a beautifuly decoratedl dining room lit with candles, filled with Elaine's masterpieces, along with soft music. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable and we were well rested.

Quiet area slightly out of town. Elaine was a fantastic welcoming informative host. Ensuited Room was VERY spacious and very comfy, especially the bed. Plenty of hot water. Scrumptious full breakfast, with plenty of variety cooked to your liking served in an airy breakfast room with views out over the hills.

We stayed in 10 different places within two weeks on the North Coast 500 .. Staying in this beautiful spot on the Isle of sky was my absolute favourite. A warm welcome by Elaine and her lovely dog Maisie. Everything was spotlessly clean really comfortable bed and there was something quite special about the place with lovely candles on and the view from our velux window and also at breakfast was beautiful. It was a pleasure going back in the evening after a few drinks and a meal in the local pub, which is a 10 minute walk, down the road. There is no breakfast menu as such, but Elaine will ask you what you want.. . Will also do you a pack lunch for your day out and about. It really is an idyllic comfortable place to stay. Your car is also parked outside the house behind some gates so all safe..

We loved everything about this Bnb! The room was big and really comfortable, the teas, sweets etc were all lovely touches. Elaine was an excellent host and gave helpful information about the area including some excellent recommendations for dinner. The breakfast was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!

Our host Elaine was amazing. She was very attentive and helpful. Offered to wash clothes and she cooked breakfast for us each morning and offered to prepare a lunch if we needed and ordered it. Very friendly and always around if needed.
