Exceptional service, they know how to put customer first. Great restaurants on-site. Room service fast and food delicious. Free airport transfers. WiFi was good enough. Room was very clean. Free laundry (first four pieces).

The name Serena is a big name. I was charged 140+ for 2 nights. this was the first time I stayed here and I thought that I would be extremely happy and comfortable but that was no the case. The bathrooms were not cleaned and the finishing not up too the mark. there was no toilet paper for a day. a number of times I use to call the front desk or guests service butt there was no one to answer the call. anyhow I don't think my stay was worth the money I spent. I think Marriott has better rooms and services.
